Kaypro and Osborne sold against each other in the same short-lived market for luggable CP/M machines: a Z80, twin floppies, a small built-in CRT and a keyboard that closed over the front. Kaypro's answer to the Osborne 1 was a larger screen in a metal case. Which of the two firms built this particular machine is the open question on this record.
